What is ERC?
ERC is a health membership for active people. It brings personalized training, physical therapy exercises, clinician support, milestones, and progress tracking into one place.
What can I do in the ERC app?
You can follow your current training or recovery plan, track workouts and pain, review milestones, and see visit details and notes from your care team.
Do I need an ERC membership to use the app?
Yes. The app is for existing ERC members. Join on the ERC website, then sign in to the app with the same email you used for your membership.
What is the difference between ERC Membership and ERC + PT?
ERC Membership includes self guided training and recovery programs, milestones, and tracking. ERC + PT includes the full platform, a live physical therapy visit each month, weekly plan updates, and direct support.
How much does ERC cost?
ERC Membership is $19.99 per month or $99 per year after a seven day free trial. ERC + PT is $99 per month. Current pricing is always shown before purchase.
How do I manage or cancel my membership?
Open Profile in the ERC app, then choose Manage billing. You can update your payment method or cancel from the secure billing portal. If you have an older Apple billed Elena subscription, cancel it in iOS Settings under your Apple Account and Subscriptions.
How does ERC use Apple Health?
With your permission, ERC reads the Apple Health categories needed to show sleep, activity, and recovery context. ERC never adds to or changes your Apple Health information. You can change permissions in iOS Settings and disconnect Apple Health from the app at any time.
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile in the ERC app and choose Delete account. This permanently closes your ERC login and deletes account data that we are not legally required to retain. Any active ERC billing is canceled as part of the deletion flow.
Why can I not sign in?
Make sure you are using the exact email connected to your active ERC membership. If you use Sign in with Apple, choose Share My Email. An Apple relay email that is not already connected to your membership cannot access the app.
Does ERC replace medical care?
No. ERC supports your training and care, but it does not replace a clinician's judgment. Follow your care team's instructions. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
